In 1989, Maina became the first company outside of Northern Italy to produce Pandoro. With the development of this new production line, volumes increased dramatically, and the company needed to expand its covered surface and warehouse to avoid problems in stocking finished products. At the beginning of the new millennium, the family tradition continued with the entry of representatives from the second generation of the Brandani and O Gennaro families into the company. Together with the historic founders, they guaranteed the necessary business continuity.
